Apple Farm

Thanks to Benjamin's parents, we got a much-needed break at the Apple Farm. We had a wonderful time relaxing, walking around Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo, and rejuvenating ourselves for the demanding life of working and raising two little boys. It's amazing what just a couple days break will do for you. We had a great time revisiting a hiking trail/cave we found during our Christmas '07 trip to Shell Beach with the Klakring side of the family. I was a little more adventurous (I wasn't prego this time) so we had fun scaling the cliffs (okay, so they weren't that scary) and watching the sea life in the tide pools. Here are a couple pics.

Alas, the time came all too soon to return to life. It was great to see the boys again, although we would both agree we could have handled another day or two without them waking us up at 5:00am.
